Says full spectrum but then does 400-740nm mean no UV light?

This should be the full spectrum of visible light (without UV light). I have not tested it to know how well it meets this criteria, but the 400-740nm is about right. UV is less than 400nm.

Could i use this grow light bulb in my bedside table lamp? I have a sansevieria snake plant very close to this lamp that might benefit from a growligh
