Easy to assemble if you get sent the right equipment. Very comfortable. Not a cheap feel, most definitely luxury feel.Lost a star due to one short screw out in the pack instead of a long one (like the other three). Now I have one arm that is not screwed in, and now have to source a screw to fit.

Poor quality
Poor support, got some support cushions to improve, improved comfort slightly , then the weld on the base broke making the chair unstable, so the pile of junk in the skip, cost over ยฃ100 lasted 4 months , total rubbish

One of the chair arms cannot be secured; plus the back of the chair arrived slightly torn.
The chair would have been great if it came with the right equipment. It isn't possible to attach one of the arms correctly as one of the bolts wouldn't screw in fully. Hence the chair arm is just hanging and cannot be secured properly. In addition, the fabric on the chair back arrived torn (photos attached).

Attractive comfortable desk chair
The chair is comfortable, offers good back support, has a foot rest and is very good value. It was easy to assemble and feels quite robust. Would recommend it.

Had to buy a gel cushion as the seat now feel's like cardboard
Had to buy a gel cushion as the seat is now flat and you are sitting on cardboard - the person that sits on this chair is no more than 60kg

Chair quality is relatively poor!
Material quality and durability is below average, chairs hand rest is shaky even though I tried to tighten it so many times and I am very sure its gonna break soon.
