Difficult to detect.
Not the strongest of flavours. The instructions were to use sparingly. I use it for a blueberry compote 2.5 ml for 100ml sauce, it's difficult to detect.

This isn't vanilla extract
It tastes nice but is artificial, not vanilla essence. I put vanilla in my tea and if i put too much in, this would have a weird impact on my digestive system...
