**Q: Is it recommended that you wear leather gloves over these rubber gloves?**
A: From what I have read always.  The leather reduces tearing and nicks. Tearing and nicks reduce the voltage protection. Always, Always protect yourself.  Once is all it takes to ruin your life.

Comes with plastic bag that you can put them back into. The date of production was relatively recent. They probably need some outer gloves to protect them from being ripped up or made dirty. I use them for home electrical experiments; 450v or such. They aren't going to stop super high voltages though.
