The arch takes a little getting used to as it's kind of high, but it feels really good. I wear anywhere between a size 8 to a 9 depending on the shoe. I bought an 8 in these and they fit great. I think a 9 would have been too big. They are already wide, so those of us with wide feet, shouldn't have an issue. You can adjust them with the Velcro strap on top if you need to.
