I work in IT and sit way more than I should. This has been a godsend at relieving back pain/fatigue. I've had this for 2 years 3 months at the time of this review, and it's still going strong.

My wife gave me this as a gift and I love it. The controls are easy to use. It has a default timer setting of 15 minutes that can be reduced to 10 or 5. The controls also have an optional vibration and in the seat cushion and an optional heating pad. The massage works well with good pressure. I am 5'5 and the range will go from my tailbone to shoulder blades. I tried it on various chairs and found it works well everywhere except a plushy couch. I usually use it on my office chair (see photo) but have also used it on patio furniture and at our kitchen table. There's an elastic strap with velcro that can be used to strap it to the chair to prevent it from moving around. This is a very good and affordable little device. I use it a few times a day while I'm working, gaming, or just needing to relax for a few minutes. I highly recommend this product.

I got this as it was cheaper than a new office chair, and who doesn't want a nice rolling massage with heat, and that part is amazing ! I love sitting in long useless meetings and just letting it massage my back and warm me up, its delightful. The seat/thigh massage vibrator things are terrible, you can barely feel them when they're on, and when they are off it hurts when sitting on them. I took it out and replaced the seat cushion with better foam.

Ordered this recently for my parents. Four of us adults in the home have used it after the purchase and it is working great so far for a week! The setup is super easy and the massager just works out of the box. It has modes like Lower/Upper/Full back, and vibration speeds and a toggle for heat or not. The massage seems just the right intensity and not too soft and not too hard. Overall, the product is reasonably priced, functions very well, and I would recommend to anyone who would like to give a bit more comfort to their backs at an affordable price.

Amazing! The massage quality is excellent. The vibration is good, I do wish I could point it to specific area on my back though. The massage pressure is wonderful. It really gets in deep into my lower back muscles. The size is perfect for my Herman Miller Aeron size C chair. This is a life changing device. Highly recommended!

I had to buy 2 different adapters because the one that Snailax sponsored brand didn’t work. Second adapter works. My disappointment is that I’m 5’1” but the rollers only come as high as my shoulder blades and not to my shoulders or neck. I think it would work well for a lower back problem but for upper back, I wouldn’t spend the $ again.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my fiance last year because he has a lot of back pain and is a manual laborer. He doesn't have heated seats in his car (which he really liked for pain relief) so this was for use during his lunch breaks or at home. The massager fit his computer chair nicely but he's is 6ft 2in so this extra padding on his car seat made things a little uncomfortable. He really loves how the massager moves up and down his back and really works his back muscles. I've used this as well and found it to be quite good at relieving my lower back pain and tension in my shoulders. It really feels like you're getting a massage! Its also very easy to set up and use. We would highly recommend this product!

For $100 I expected better. The "spot" setting doesnt work. The rollers dont go in circles, they do 1 circle, then pause, and go the other direction. Same thing when going up and down, they stop at the top and bottom. Not continously kneeding, can not use the spot setting at all since it stops ever 3 seconds, definitely not worth the money. Will be returning

Se lo regalé a mi mamá por su cumpleaños. Le encantó. Vibra las pompis y te da masaje en todo el cuerpo. Tambien calienta y esta genial. Lo único malo es que se necesita una silla dura que sea completa y que este como acostada, por que si la pones en una suave el masaje no te los a tan duro.
