Nature's Bounty Sleep3 10mg. Melatonin, 120 Tablets

I had been using another brand of Melatonin and found I had forgotten to pack on a trip to Oklahoma. My husband found these and I discovered Sleep 3 worked much better and faster than the brand I had been using. I use 10MG nightly because it is extremely hard to easily fall asleep naturally. Sleep 3 is conveniently packaged in a blister pack and easy to get pill out of pack. The pill size is not too large for me to swallow. I do not notice any after taste and wake-up the next morning feeling good. I really need a good night of sleep. Sleep 3 has helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep. I check with my family doctor before I begin any OTC.

I tried the half a few times and works very fast and make you feel relaxed, and the next day you wakes up feeling good, any problems for wakes up ❤️

Love these. Don’t make me groggy in the morning. I get back to sleep more easily if I wake up (vs if I haven’t taken one). I like to take them if I haven’t slept well for a night or two so I can catch up on sleep. I feel well rested in the morning and can tell i slept better.

Didn’t put me to sleep right away. But so far nothing does. Probably a me thing. The melatonin dose in this is pretty high so expect some weird dreams. (Bonus!) pill size is easy to swallow. Doesn’t taste bad. I’m going to keep using it.

I have never written a review on anything in my life at 48 years old. Insomnia has been the plight of my restless nights since I was in the throes of nursing school over 2 decades ago… until I found this incredible, unprecedented sleep aide. It helped me fall asleep at one point. After a while my body started getting used to it and it no longer works.

I love this. It works well for me, and I only need half a pill to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep.

I think it’s okay, recently saw some information about not taking too much melatonin. Not sure. I don’t feel groggy in the morning. Still recommend getting outside as much as possible to produce your own bodies production of melatonin
