SHIRIN Lavashak Takdis Fruit Roll Snack, 16 Oz

I have purchased these several times in the past. These have a strange after taste and are hard instead of soft as they should be. I am assuming we received old product and sadly will not be purchasing again.

Do Not purchase this product or you will be very disappointed.The smell and the taste are horrible; it literally smells as if the item was sitting in a warehouse for many years. On top it, the product is not returnable which is an absolute waste of money!

Insanely powerful flavor! I love these. They are pricey but they are going to last a long time!

For those people who know what Lavashak is, would truly appreciate these candies! They are beyond amazing! I have become addicted to them and have purchased some repeatedly, and so have many of my friends who I have recommended Takdis to. The seller Shirin Foods does an amazing job at quickly shipping the items. I have purchased these from other sellers as well but I would only recommend Shirin Foods as theirs is the freshest! Purchase some beacause I know you will be addicted!

The packaging was pretty, the candies were wrapped nicely. But the taste. I have an extremely strong sense of smell and taste. So maybe it was just me. I have had other lavashak & not had this issue. My friend didn’t seem to mind and loved them. But, he had never had it before. So there’s that.

I purchased these after reading the word "fruit roll snacks". I was hoping for traditional fruit leather, or a natural version of fruit by the foot - soft, fibrous, naturally sweet, that sort of thing. These are different. They are quite tart, and have a fairly natural fruit flavor to them, they are soft and consistent all the way through - they don't have the bite of western fruit snacks. I would say that they are made from a fruit puree - if you flatten one out you can see that it is mostly translucent.I would say that they are interesting. They have enough flavor that two or three is more than enough for a snack for me. For a fruit roll snack I'd prefer something with a bit more body, but these are nice on their own. For family and friends, the consensus is that they are too tart/sour to really enjoy, and so I will likely be finishing the bag myself.Probably worth trying at least once, especially for how much you get in the bag, but I don't think I'll order them again myself.

My only wish is there was a bigger bag or one of just the apple flavor. I have searched for years for that taste, it’s just like the homemade lavashak like my grandmother made. I was only able to meet her 2x in my life. Thank you for helping me remember her. ❤️ (Put them in the Refrigerator they taste SO much better. )

Nasty, old and moldy. Please do not bother buying. Smells like its been sitting in a warehouse for decades. I cannot imagine this being healthy for anyone.
