I am very happy with these D3 tablets. Not only are they going to last over a year, but they are small tablets which means I can easily swallow them, even without a glass of water. I have noticed a difference in levels of tiredness and am so glad I added these vitamins to my daily selection. I would recommend these - great value.

Good but be cautious
These appear to be well made and well packaged. These capsules are 100micrograms which is 10x the recommended daily intake but dont exceed the maximum daily intake. For those looking to purchase be aware that prolonged usage at this dose can cause hypercalcemia due to excess calcium in the blood. Essentially kidney stones. I will not be taking this long term for that reason, instead breaking up the routine and skipping some days. Others please be mindful of this.
