Are these already stratified or do you need to go through the refrigeration procces before planting?

You need to stratify the seeds for 60 - 120 days. We live in a climate where we could stratify the seeds over winter in trays in our garage and this worked.

Don't know what you mean by treated, but they do need to be stratified. Mine have been in the refrigerator all winter. Planted them indoors a week or two ago. Just now seeing a few sprouts.

What varietal are these? Are these Taylor or Brodie or neither?

I do not know the type but I do know they do not grow these seed never produced a single tree
