My favorite sleep supplement
I’ve used many but this one is my favorite. I use half the dose though b/c I don’t need the full dose.

Rest Easy tonight with Sleep Mode
I have recently tried sleep mode. I just bought my second bottle. I love it. As someone who is suffering from sleep difficulty, this oroduct helps me to go to sleep and stay asleep all night. I enjoy all bulletproof products because they are high quality. After trying many sleep products this is the best so far. If you want to sleep and relax then this product is for you.

Kept Me Awake
I think it's my own reaction to gaba, but this kept me awake at night and made me feel very anxious. Would not recommend this.

Love it!!
I love Zen Mode and was sad when it wasn't available for a few months. I love how this formula assists me with a demanding job and the stress and anxiety that goes along with it. It really is Zen in a bottle!

Helps with anxiety
This product really helps stabilize my mood. I've been taking it for 4 solid months and can tell when I have skipped a day or two by accident.

Made me depressed.
It made me feel extremely depressed. Must be the calming ingredients in it that were too much for my system and brought me too down. I had high hopes for this. I tried it for a few days, and I would start feeling depressed the next day. I am not normally depressed, just wanted to get my body out of a state of stress. I would stop taking it and would feel normal again. 2 weeks later I would try again and the same happened, I finally figured out 100% it is the Zen Mode causing it. Bulletproof products are normally great, and this seems to work for other people, maybe it just doesn’t work for my particular chemistry. Just wanted to let others know for if you have the same experience. The product is part the return date, otherwise I would have returned and gotten unfair advantage or something else which really agree with me. Update. I gave it another try and changed the dosage to only one capsule. I took it only twice and right now I am spiraling down in depression. I thought with only one I could get some benefits without the downer effect, and was wrong about it. So definitely believe this is the cause and will not take it again.
