I am a intermediate cuber, and able to get sub 30 with this cube. It can both corner cut and reverse corner cut at 45 degree angles. There are adjustable tensions, although I like the one it comes with. This cube feels loose, but not to the point of annoyance. For those of you who are interested, it can twist corners. The only downside of this cube (as a result of its loose tensions) is it can pop. This does not make it a "bad" cube, it just means be gentle and don't turn it roughly (which you shouldn't be doing in the first place).
