What size are the sheets? The ad gives dimensions of 8.5 in. x 11.0 in. but, the product details give dimensions of 10 x 6 x 1.

8.5 in. x 11 is correct. 10 x 6 x 1 is incorrect, and I'm not sure what it refers to. The papers come folded length-wise, so the packaged dimension is 4.25 x 11.

How do you identify the front of the white sheet? poor design imo. there are lots of other colors, not sure why any of them need to be white?

One side of each sheet has a slicker feeling that is the back

Do these have PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) backing?

Not that I am aware of. These are the first polishing sheets I have ever purchased. I used them wrapped around a paint stir stick and the sheets didn't adhere to the stick.
