These pills have helped incredibly. I have been experiencing some issues lately when it is time to perform as well as having a huge lack of energy throughout the day. Because of this I wanted to try something to see if it would help. I was surprised how quickly these pills helped. Starting the first night I took them these pills helped with my performance issues. After a few days of taking these I also began to notice a significant increase in my energy levels. The only slight negative so far is that I wish you only had to take one pill instead of two. You are supposed to take 2 Capsules with a full glass of water and with food. It also suggests taking 2 capsules 30 minutes before a vigorous activity. There is no after taste and the pills are easy to swallow.Does it work?: At first I asked my husband to take it because it does increase testosterone levels and I was weary of how that would affect me as a female. However after doing research I realized that this does not affect women the same way as it does men. Meaning you will not start to grow facial hair. So My Husband started taking it once a day and said he immediately started feeling results. He said his energy and motivation levels were through the roof. He actually told me he had to cut back to one pill because he was feeling such an increase in his libido. Trust me he needs no help in that area. After learning taking the supplement was safe for myself I started it. I to felt an increase of energy literally the day I started taking the supplement. This was a new experience for me as most herbal supplements take at least 10 days to really get into your system and have results. I personally like to take it before I do one of my workouts. i take goat weed and tribulus many times a week, and for a few years now, not for libido as much as overall energy for me if i take them in the morning. i was looking to replenish my stock when i saw this companys offer on amazon to try this at a reduced price as long as i promised to leave an unbiased review, so i did so. this brand doesn't just have the goat weed in each capsule, they also added some tribulus herb, maca herb, and yohimbe herb (which all do about the same effect), plus an amino, a vitamin, and a mineral (which each helps deliver/enhance the herbs). there's nothing questionable or dubious in the mix. it says 2 caps when needed, but i think 3 or even 4 could be tolerated by most people, since in the past i've had no issue taking more, you'll know if you take too little (no effect) or too much (shaky or heartbeat increase). you can google to see the benefits of this safe herb and the others in it, but for most people these do tend to work to a degree, and certainly a cheaper/safer alternative to prescripts. at under $1 a serving it's worth trying or getting to compare with another you might've tried before. for me they do what i expect, perhaps a bit better than most since they combined a good choice of items in it.
