I have bought several different double wall glass mugs over the past 5 years and these are clearly the best. Packaging demonstrates care and pride in the product - best of class. Ease of use - large handles and drinkable configuration of the lip. Dishwasher - only two trips so far but see no reason to doubt they will survive many more. Actual 16 oz size - others listed as 16 oz will occasionally hold that volume but require filling all the way to the brim. These hold a USEFUL and DRINKABLE 16 oz. The technical process of creating a double wall vessel typically yields considerable variation - these are extremely consistent in size, volume and appearance. All of my other mugs are going into storage - these are my favorites. Did I mention price ? Most others give you one or two at this price...you get FOUR in this box. I used my first set for a year. Perfect condition. Need more because I get tired of washing my current ones so often. I’m set. Four years since my first order. Yep - still in daily use. Regular trips in the dishwasher (I don't baby these with handwashing). Finally have a damaged one - my fault banging it on a granite counter top. Still have seven in regular use. If I damage another one ? Buying yet another set - no question.

These are very nice double-wall insulating glasses - hold the heat or cold well (put a silicone lid on and the drink stays at the temp. a long time). The handle is sturdy and just the right size. Size matters: These are not 10 oz. glasses (closer to 9 oz/270ml), 8 oz comes up to about 1/2" of the top - just what I wanted for my super deluxe espresso Americanos (I thought you might be interested in what I drink). They are a bit delicate, but they don't break if handled carefully.

One of the four cups has developed condensation between the insulated portion of glass as well as the stem. So my set of four is now a trio. Yes, I regularly place them in the dishwasher as they as dishwasher safe. So, rather than the perfect review originally posted, I must say they are beautiful, and most of them function well… Original Post: This is the third set of these that I've ordered. Two as gifts and one for myself. It's just a pleasure drinking cappuccinos or lattes in these gorgeous cups. I love the lines of the cup and they keep my coffee warm till the last drop. They hold up very well and are safe in the dishwasher. Can't go wrong with this purchase.

I'm in love: these double wall glass mugs are awesome! For $10 a pop for a 4-pack, the quality and value are great. The glass is solid and sturdy, yet fairly lightweight. I love the design of the Irish bottom, which prevents the mug from tipping over (tall double glass mugs tend to tip, then break easily because they're so light). Also, the lip is designed thinner and fans outward, allowing you to sip easily without liquid dripping out and without tiring the muscles in your lips (things that happen with the really thick double glass mug lips). The handle is thick and wide, making it easy to grip for anyone. My homemade herbal tea blends stay hot for longer while the outside surface stays completely cool. The mug is very easy to clean by hand, and it can be heated in a microwave. I love the large size and attractive design! There are only a couple small downsides: some of the mugs arrived with slight scratches across them, which is not ideal since I gave three away as gifts (one of my photos shows a scratch). The wide opening means a lot of silicone cup covers won't fit easily to create a vacuum across the top to properly steep herbal teas. My cover just barely fits, and it often slips to the side because there is no suction (which there should be with most glass mugs). Overall, these mugs are the best design and quality I've ever tried, and I've gone through a lot of double wall glass mugs (they all eventually crack or break- yep, even these). This set makes an excellent gift, and everyone I gave the mugs to loves them as much as I do! I highly recommend this!

When I received the mugs, I couldn’t believe how great they looked! They are a real bargain, considering how expensive they actually look. They are light weight, which I like, and definitely make a statement. The mugs come in a box, with a sticker over the opening of the box. The sticker says, “do not ship, if the seal is broken”. Because of the sticker being broken, I did take a closer look at the mugs, than I normally would have, because they seemed to be flawless. On a much closer inspection I did notice what appeared to be a few cracks or scratches near the lip of one of the mugs and when I ran my nail along one of the marks, I could definitely feel it. Again, though, they were so small, I’m sure I otherwise would not even have noticed. I emailed the seller and received a reply back within a day. They immediately said they would ship me a replacement mug and it arrived in just a couple days and explained not to worry about the sticker being broken, as they had some stickers that broke very easy, due to the way they were made. I have used a couple of the mugs and washed them in the dishwasher, with no problem. One of the things I did ask the company about was the “hole” in the bottom of each mug, as I saw a reviewer commenting about it and seeing it as a flaw - said that her mug had water between the “walls” of the mug. The email said that the small hole is part of the manufacturing process and silicone is used to fill-in the hole, to keep them from leaking. Obviously, if the reviewer had water between the mug walls, something went wrong in the manufacturing process, but I have no doubt that the company would have quickly sent her a replacement, as well, if she asked. My husband and I like these mugs, so much, I plan to go through all of my coffee mugs and start replacing them, with more mugs from this company. I would highly recommend these mugs and this company - they are awesome!

Gläser kamen sehr gut schützend verpackt an. Machen einen für Gläser robusten Eindruck. Trotz dessen sehen sie nicht klobig aus. Ich verwende sie auch für Suppe z.B. Ich denke man macht nichts falsch wenn man die kauft. Ich bin zufrieden.

I love everything about this mug! The shape, size and the fact that it is hand-blown and Thermal. It is Perfect. I have given some for gifts and kept some for myself.

Love these mugs. I use them daily for my drinks, smoothies, ice cream, soups.... Safe to microwave contents. Easy to clean. Large enough for my hands. People do a double take at them during zoom meetings
