Peanuts Hot Sand Maker double BOE069-ECRU White Japan Import

I read the question and answer in this product page it said no converter is needed. I set for 10 minutes and nothing is happening. Doesn’t heat up at all. I am sending it back. I asked my friend that no converter is needed, maybe I bought a defective one. The first one $163 was returned and bought another one for $174 (tax not included) found out it is about $30 more expensive if you purchase from where it is imported so it is not really free shipping. The second heats up nicely. It’s also made in China and the hot plates are actually Teflon coated. If you worry about toxin than think twice before buying. Feels like all the money went into purchase Snoopy patent so I can make Snoopy sandwich. There is a learning curve you gotta overcome. After that, very fun. I truly recommend YouTubing all the review before buying.

It's broken when you open it

It took a few times to get it right, but it is so cute!! FYI, I am using a converter just to be safe. Also using bread from Japanese bakery.

Great sandwich maker.

The machine can't cook balancing, overcook on the bottom but fresh/ liquid on the top.

Clip to lock is broken after few months, clip is made out plastic so didn’t last long they need to consider redesign

The product is safely arrived with no defect. Its all good and pretty! Comes with the additional plate with snoopy shapes so cute!

8枚切りでも挟める具は極少量！ 可愛いだけで極薄ホットサンドしかできません！ 他のレビューにもあるようにハンドル部分がモロい！ １番頑丈に作るべきところだろ！ 8枚切りをさらに半分の薄さにカットして、具も少ししか挟めなくて、貧相なホットサンドです。 それでもハンドル部分にヒビが入ってきました！

スヌーピーたちの焼き目が入り、とても可愛いです！プレートの取り外しも簡単で、くっつきにくくて使いやすいです。 でも、少し具材を多く入れると閉めるのが結構大変です。
