⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very Sturdy and Handles Heavy Bags with Ease
I’m extremely happy with the Yes4All Punching Bag Hanger and spring kit. The stainless steel hardware feels solid and well-made, and once installed it feels extremely secure. I’m using it with a heavy bag, and it easily handles the weight without any flex or noise. The spring does a great job absorbing shock, which really reduces stress on the mount and makes workouts smoother. Great hanger
Needed a new hanger for my bag this one was perfect. Just the right length, good quality. Was easy to install and use.

Beware the spring clips
I needed a chain for a heavy bag that a friend gave me. This was a great value at the price so I purchased it immediately. However, after a couple of weeks of use the spring clips started to bend apart. I am sure that I haven't exceeded the weight limit so I'm going to have to attribute the weight of the bag and the beatings the bag gets with causing them to fail. I simply replaced them with a more solid locking option (see photos). I didn't think to get a picture of the bending clips before throwing them out. Overall the chain does what it needs to, just remember to mind the spring clips and avoid a potential accident.

Heavy bag chain set.
Works as needed. Have an 80lb bag hanging from it no troubles. Great price and shipping was fast. Took a while to review but bag has been hanging for about 6 months now.

Great add on
I got this to add some length to my bag. It kept slipping off the hook and this helped with that. Easy to use and install. Is very sturdy. The design is perfect for my bag. I would recommend.
