A: The one I received was 16 oz. Take 10 mg a day. It works on my arthritis as good as anti-inflammatories

A: About a month, give or take

**Q: How much liquid do you add to hot tea?**
A: We don’t dilute it. We take 1 tablespoon daily as an anti inflammatory.
