Hi, I bought this Robot used one just to try how will work on cheaper way. I was very surprise how was clean and all replacements was brand new. Come in a original packaging. The Robot does the job good and the mop is cleaning very well. The seller very quickly replied and they are very kind to help. Very good customer service and I really recommend the product and the seller.

All working as described. Best helper ever if you have kids and cats in the same house. We could our robot Bob. Bob is my little elf who does the magic

Bit apprehensive making the order, bit this is totally legit. Cleans well and pretty goof route finding. No problem zoning rooms adding virtual walls or no-go areas, so this has all the features I can think of. When setting up you need to select UK region and then good to go. Mop works OK, but ultimately its just pushing dirt around so a bit limited in that respect. Nevertheless, completely reccomended. Only giving 4 out of 5 as (1) I haven't had it long enough to validate longevity and (2) the battery is smaller than ideal (does 50sqm on turbo, ~1hr)

Software (the App) communication with the unit is poor and often goes wrong.

I buy it in UK but the plug was China style. When I plug into an adaptor, it almost burn my house. The seller didn’t concern and even don’t reply to me for problem solving. Poor customer service.

Good cleaning action. It would be useful to have the instructions in English as allspoken instruction are in a foreign language. Also have not been able to log onto the app.

Its sweeping function is good, but the mopping function is very general. If it has an English instructions, I will give it 5 stars, because the function of this product has exceeded this price. But now I can only start it by pressing the key every time.
