Great product, I have used it for years and would not go without it. It cured my sinus problems years ago and i am greatful.

Love this product, take when feeling ill and it boost my system to fight off a cold. Works well.

How can I go wrong with garlic, astralagus, oregano and olive leaf?! I take 2 with food and I think this combination is good. Im happy.

This is one of those things that you have to take on faith. Faith in the science. I don't really notice any difference, and that is perhaps because I don't take it everyday. But I do take it when I have a cold or anything, because the research I have read on at least me to believe that it does help when you have any kind of cold, and probably helps with cholesterol and other things. But I can't be 100% certain which is why I don't give it five stars.

The capsules are of "average" size and easy to swallow. They don't cause our skin to smell like garlic! The dose is 2 capsules twice a day with food. Since I follow this regimen, they don't cause stomach upset. I bought the 240-count bottle, which will last 60 days - good value.
