Perfect. But not a lot

This expansion pack was a great addition to our existing BRIO train set. It gave us a lot more options for building different track layouts and made the whole setup more fun and creative.The pieces fit perfectly with the other BRIO tracks we already had, and the quality is exactly what I expect from this brand: sturdy, smooth, and made to last. If your child already has a BRIO set and wants to make bigger or more interesting tracks, this is definitely worth adding.

I bought these for my grandson that is five years old. I had old tracks from when my boys were younger and they were the same brand. Worked with the old train tracks perfectly. He loves putting them together and making train tracks and then taking them apart to start all over. For him it’s well worth it. We sometimes have to take pictures of a train track that he likes for he can really do it again. Keeps him very busy. Good way for him to use his mind.

The product appears to be as described and will function as intended. It was a good purchase.

Got this small kit for my 2 year old grandson for Christmas. He enjoys it already, and will probably continue to enjoy it when he visits (particularly when we pull out our kids old Brio and add to it). Brio makes a quality product that holds up over time and maintains interest for years. This is pretty basic, but definitely usable. Excellent. I recommend it.

Family recently bought my toddler a BRIO train set but it didn't come with many pieces. This addition was perfect to add to our selection and have additional track options.Pros:- Solid Wood- Everything fits together well- You know that the tracks will line up with other BRIO parts.Cons:None!!This was an excellent purchase and we have been getting so much use out of it. Adding this track has opened us up to many different track options and we change it frequently. I love seeing what they want to create and then figuring out with the pieces how to make it happen. Would definitely recommend!!This would also be a great wish list item to have for family members who don't know what to purchase!

Has bridges and inclines that challenge young train builders. Expensive but will last to the next generation.

Wir haben dieses Set als Erweiterung für die bestehende Holzeisenbahn unseres Sohnes (3 Jahre) gekauft. Wer Kinder hat, weiß ja, dass man eigentlich nie genug Schienen haben kann. Ständig fehlen ein zwei gerade Stücke oder eine Kurve, um die Strecke im Wohnzimmer endlich mal wieder im Kreis zu schliessen.​Qualität und Material:Man merkt beim Auspacken sofort den Unterschied zu den ganz billigen No-Name-Schienen. Das Buchenholz ist super sauber verarbeitet, da splittert absolut garnichts ab, was mir wegen der Verletzungsgefahr bei den Kleinen extrem wichtig ist. Die Teile fassen sich einfach gut an. Auch die Verbindungen passen perfekt zusammen. Die Züge – egal ob die alten zum Schieben oder die neueren mit Batterie – rollen flüssig drüber, ohne das ständig was entgleist.​Umfang und Nutzen:Mit den 16 Teilen in diesem mittleren Sortiment kommt man schon ein ganzes Stück weiter. Es ist eine gute Mischung aus langen und kurzen Geraden sowie verschiedenen Kurven. Besonders gut finde ich die kleinen Ausgleichsstücke, weil man damit oft genau die Lücken schließen kann, wenn man mal wieder wild quer durchs Zimmer gebaut hat. Es passt übrigens auch perfekt mit den Schienen von Lidl oder Ikea zusammen, da gibt es keine Probleme beim kombinieren.​Fazit:Ja, BRIO ist ein weig teurer als andere Marken, aber die Qualität rechtfertigt den Preis hier einfach total. Das Zeug ist gefühlt unkaputtbar und hält wahrscheinlich noch für die nächste Generation. Unser Kleiner baut jetzt jedenfalls viel kreativere Strecken und ärgert sich nicht mehr, dass die Gleise ausgehen. Würde ich vieleicht zu Weihnachten direkt noch mal als Geschenk kaufen!
