I cannot believe the results I'm getting with this stuff!I only take one of these pills a day with my meals and my blood pressure has dropped between 10-15 points! I was regularly getting slightly elevated BP around 125/70 - 135/85 depending on stress, diet and exercise. After about 2.5 weeks of taking this regularly, just one pill a day, I am getting between 108/65 - 118/70 CONSISTENTLY. Having been on Beta Blockers and other BP meds in the past for high BP I am frankly shocked at these numbers. My diet has not changed, which consists of a mostly high fiber plant based diet, low/moderate salt. I have zero side-effects, if anything slightly improved blood sugar which I monitor. This is truly a wonderful supplement!

I'm taking this for heart health. Easy to swallow capsules and they do not make me smell like garlic but they do cause me to belch, so must be somewhat irritating to my system.

Doesn’t have a foul taste. Pill is easy to swallow. It’s hard to know what’s happening inside, but it seems to be doing its job well.
