When we took them out of the boxes to set up, I could not get the battery doors open, they were so flush to the unit. My dad finally came by to help open them with a razor box cutter. Once set up, one did not work at all- the green power light will go on but nobody is home at the Sensor house. The other works about half the time you wave your hand under there. That is, if you don't knock it into the sink by accident because it is so light and small. SPEAKING OF WHICH! Look at the listing photograph, and look at my photograph. I assume theres some sneaky photoshop editing going on there, bc I assure you I am not a Giant. We are back to using pump soap at the salon, and since I ordered these early, it is too late to return them. One more monetary loss for the business for me and the salon this year, it sucks. Review: Great little device! - Very happy with this purchase. Batteries on the upper half of the unit means no water damage. It works very well as a foam soap dispenser. I use regular liquid hand soap, diluted 75% with water. Doesn’t belch-out a ton of soap, so I always get as much as needed. Light on On/Off button is a nice feature and will flash when batteries are low. I returned another brand that failed due to water seeping in the battery compartment and belched a ton of soap.

I Get Froth Rather Than Foam
This unit is smaller than it actually appears. Although it's a handy gadget, the dispenser nozzle is too close to the soap chamber. Also, although it says you can use any soap in a 3:1 water soap ratio, that is questionable because - thus far - I have only been able to get froth instead of foam. I will try a different soap brand to see if I get a better result; and, will follow up with another review. My final say for now? It is a sub-par unit.

Too flimsy. Stopped working after a month.
It is small and light, which makes it very unstable. Worked okay for about a month then just stopped working even after replacing the batteries. Disappointed with my purchase.

Works great & reliably well ... but only with mods
Great product that works really well ... but only with a few mods & proper foaming soap ... Battery compartment is NOT waterproof/ leakproof Batteries eroded from leaching moisture & unit failed, but was repairable (keep reading) ... Cleaned out oxidized battery compartment posts with a Qtip. Replaced disposable batteries with a plug in Lenink 4AAA AC power supply adapter - eliminating need to replace batteries ever again in this device. Added duct tape over battery compartment door to seal out moisture. For proper function only use foaming soap - do NOT try diluting regular liquid hand soap. Despite claims, that does not work. Foaming soap is available everywhere & is inexpensive. Has now worked flawlessly with daily use for over 10 months. Expecting many decades of trouble-free future service.

Not worth the price!
This was good while it lasted. It was pretty straight forward to operate but the sensor doesn’t always work. But in less than 3 months, it stopped working completely! (I did try changing the batteries!)

It's little and Cute
The Anni Automatic Soap Dispenser is little for 5 oz, work very well for the Touchless Foaming Soap Dispenser Infrared Motion and it has a sensitive Sensor for dispense.

One Star Is Too High A Rating
I very carefully searched Amazon for a home automatic soap dispenser for the kitchen. I focused on consumer ratings as much as an other factor. I guess this product category is just not mature yet. The device I received failed within 3 hours and I sent it back the next day. The device would power off (within minutes) and when the sensor did detect motion, the output of the (properly diluted!) soap was recklessly inconsistent. You'll regret buying this device.
