Working from home has put strain on everyone, myself included. Our house has one true desk, which is located in our office. Unfortunately, the normal ergonomic office chair accompanies the setup and is used by my significant other, who needs two monitors and a proper office setup to do work. Due to these needs, I set up a monitor on my kitchen table and attempted to work this way for several days. Our kitchen chairs, however, are high-rise and made of wood with no cushion. You can imagine what several hours of sitting in this situation did to my back; I had immense pain after just a few short days and needed to take frequent breaks to dull my sharp nerve pain. I began to solve the problem by using a memory foam pillow on the chair base. I supplemented the memory foam pillow with this lumbar support pillow. Both have done wonders for my ad hoc kitchen office. This lumbar pillow is approximately 18 inches in length. While is does not cover the entire back (and does not claim to do so), it provides a great deal of comfort for my lower back (the lumbar portion). If you're wondering whether this pillow can correct upper back problems, I can report that it has eliminate all pain, perhaps due to its ability to force proper posture and thus improve my sittting position. The memory foam itself is fairly cushy, allowing for comfort and "give", rather than immense structured support. Unlike other memory foam products I have purchased in the past, this pillow has no "chemical" smell out of the box. An adjustable elastic strap is attached. A buckle is included on this strap, which allows for easy adjustment alongside a sliding length adjuster. I think this would be a good solution for those with lower back pain in the office or driving in the car. In sum, this pillow is comfortable, easily adjustable, and provides plenty of lower back support.

It’s comfortable and supportive but not for my office chair. I felt like it pushed me too far forward and my legs got uncomfortable. I ended up putting it on my bean bag chair and it seems to help with my upper back pain.

Bought this and a seating cushion for my office chair. It has been a life changer, that chair sucked, but now it feels luxurious none the less. Great value for the price, it definitely helped my back pain and my posture.

The product is smaller than what is pictured, it continually slips down. I was going to send it back and then I just kept it. When it is in position and no slipping down it fills in the gap between the chair and my lower back so I do feel some comfort and some support. I use this in conjunction with the Purple seat cushion.

Got a new chair to work from home in but it's lumbar support is a little lacking. Cue this little gem! Came compressed in the box so I was worried it wasn't going to do the job, but the second you crack open the bag it inflates and now you have a cushion of air to sink into! It's very supportive on my back and now I can sit at length without and discomfort! Plus it does have a strap you can wrap around the back of the chair to keep it in place. I would definitely order one of these again!

It took a few hours before I stumbled into that one, what caught my attention was the length because I have a dining room chair and it looks like it was made for it. the back of the chair is made of wood and there is no cushion after a couple of hours is painful to sit on that chair. It 's my first day using the Gugusure Lumbar Support Pillow and it feels good but I am still looking for another one since I have 2 chairs but I was impressed with the timing I receive my pillow in less than 24 hours. I am looking forward to get more goodies from that company. It's the first time I give 5 stars to a merchandise on the very same day. Good Stuff!

THIS ITEM IS ALWAYS MOVING ON MY CHAIR... THE ONE STRAP DISGEN WAS MADE SO YOU BUY ANOTHER ONE..... THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN... AT THE VERY LEAST TWO STRAPS .... ONE AT THE BOTTON AND ONE AT THE TOP. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY THE RIGHT ONE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY TWO OF THE SAME ITEMS. IN ADDITION DO NOT LET THE SIZE IN THE IMAGE FOOL YOU; ITS LITERALLY FOR THE LUMBAR AREA AND IS SMALLER.

Update 5/21/20: After using it for more than just a couple of hours at a time I feel it is what caused my lower back to hurt the next day. I think I need something that just needs to be firmer. Original review: 5/20/20: This is actually more comfortable than I thought it would be upon opening it. It comes vacuumed sealed and is memory foam. I thought it might just flatten out and wouldn't have enough firmness to be supportive. I like that it goes from the mid back to right below my lower back. More comfortable than the standard short lumbar support I have used throughout the years. This does flatten when using it, but oddly enough it seems to be enough to keep the worn wood slats in my recliner at bay.

J'utilise ce coussin, car j'ai mal au bas de mon dos. Quand je l'utilise sur ma chaise à la table ou assis sur le sofa. Ma douleur disparaît comme par magie. Je m'en passe plus. Il est vraiment confortable.
