It has changed since I first started taking it, originally the capsules were smaller and you could see the coconut oil as it would solidify or liquify in different temperatures. This never bothered me because I understand the nature of coconut oil. This new format seems to have solved this problem however as the coconut oil is always liquid now. The new format is a larger capsule than the older style but still easy to swallow for me and very attractive looking with the clear casing and the blue seam 😋This supplement gives me great energy throughout the day and I have enjoyed the results I’ve received from taking it.
