Waterford Pallas Ball Pen/Capless Convertible Roller Ball, Solid Black Resin Barrel with Platinum-Plated Accents (WF/552/BLK)

Have had the pen for 2 years and it's no longer usable. The ink cartridge no longer descends. I would expect a better quality product after paying as much for this item. I would consider others

Very nice pen. Make sure you buy it from Amazon Prime or a reputable seller who knows about pens. It's a fantastic pen that has a good feel to it and a great appearance. The only problem I had is that the pen clip became loose and began to wobble. The fix: simply disassemble the pen, look into the top portion of the pen and you will see a Phillips head screw. Take a long thin Phillips screwdriver and gently tighten the screw. I wrote the seller about my concern before I figured out how to fix it because I really liked the pen and intended to keep it. I just wanted to know if I could fix it. They responded in a curt little email with the manufacturer's phone number and told me to call them. That didn't impress me in the least. Note: Being able to make adjustments and repair durable items draws me to certain brands and products. Up to this point, Waterford seems to be one of those brands. Update: Pen continued to fall apart until it was unusable. Seller eventually and reluctantly refunded the purchase.
