Not that much coffee, Yerba Mate is Natural and is not Adictictive and does not have secondary Effects, which mean No Head Eack if you Stop taking it

Are these wheat & Gluten free?

The bottle says it's a vegetable cellulose capsule and says nothing about wheat or gluten so I would imagine so but with it being a herbal supplement there is no guarantee

What size are the pills?

They are a gel capsule about just over 3/4 inch long ,you can separate the 2 halves and put the powder into a drink,which is how I take them, Best energy formula,I have taken it for about 14 years.great energy and focus value.
