While assembling 14 cabinets of various sizes, I have only encountered three instances where a single hardware element was missing from the package. Prepac customer service was responsive and attentive and the missing elements were quickly replaced. In fact, the representative sent an extra element in case I encountered the same issue again before all my cabinets were assembled. 12 of the 14 fully assembled cabinets are installed. When the final 2 are mounted, I will begin assembling the next 6 cabinets to complete my garage installation. The mounting brackets cut easily with a hacksaw and were bolted to the studs without a problem. Once the cabinets were lifted up onto the mounting brackets, everything felt very sturdy and looked great (see photo). Just make sure you attach the doors AFTER you mount the cabinets on the wall. These cabinets provide a great way to organize the clutter in a garage and they look great (see photo).
