This is described as being heat resistant. Up to what temperature can this be safely be used?

I accidentally picked mine up with our turkey today and baked it at 375 for 5 hours. All it did was brown slightly on the edges. No warping. No melting.

is it dish washer safe?

Yes. I just purchased it. It states "Dishwasher safe" right on the back of the packaging.

can you clean your cast iron skillet with this tool ?

There is a hard sharp edge and a rubber soft edge, great for all surfaces.

Can this work on a stove that has baked on mess?
