My other half swears by this stuff. It’s really strong so when it says stick to the instructions DO ! the caffeine is high so only take what you need. It a good sized container so it’s easy to store and travel with. Cherry cola is the best, tropical is okay, bubble gum is too sweet. All in all it’s a great work out drink but again don’t have too much, it’s VERY strong.

ABE pre work out is amazing! Cheap but effective! But both shakers I received (ordered 2 tubs of ABE) leaked! Cherry cola gives the best buzz/tingle if you love that feeling!

Shaker has a poor lid/screw seal so it leaks when I shake it. Buy a different brand shaker elsewhere… Pre workout is great though tastes good and is effective.

Great taste, Gives me a nice buzz and energy to complete my work out. I use it 3/4 times a week before every workout. It is potent, Just use one scoop and try not to take it too late at night or you won’t sleep haha 😂
