Finally, a natural product you can count on
Finally, something that works. Since coming back from overseas getting natural products that haven’t been sprayed with all the chemicals like here in America. The quality of some of these products like on Etsy is just awful. If you’re unable to go to the bathroom regularly this is the perfect product for you. Just make some tea go to bed and in the morning you’ll feel so much better no cramping no sweating just relief. .

A Very Nice and Helpful Tea
This is a very nice tea. Definitely helps to "evacuate" the system in a nonexplosive way. I've enjoyed senna tea for years and it is a very good addition to include in a diet that can use a little extra help, from time to time. I would definitely advise increasing water intake and starting off with a tsp (or less) of leaves if you are not familiar with how this tea works with your system.

I had a little when I make a gallon of green tea… Definitely does the trick… Don’t put more than a couple of tablespoons at the most for a gallon!
