Can it be used for oven cleaning

I've used it to clean up spill and clean the hob, plus my oven glass door with success. However it's not an actual oven cleaner.

Can you use this on leather furniture

Yes, not harmful on any surfaces I've used, all over the house, including furnishings

Can this be used on fabric?

No, it has perfume - soft and delicate fabrics may get stained. Try Dettol New&Wear for clothes

Can this be used on vinyl floor boards?

Locally yes, but not on regular basis. It contains citric acid and citric sulfate which can damage the floor if used often and in large quantity. The same goes for other antibacterial products, such as DETTOL or SANYTOL - they should be only used on tile surfaces.
