Review: Josh's frogs, great company - This a great company. I've ordered from them 3 times now and only had problems one time. I received a box of dead crickets. I contacted the company and they immediately offered me a refund or replacement. I chose replacement because I have hungry critters. The replacement crickets came quickly and with no dead ones. I was very happy to with their service. I have ordered from other companies, and I've found that Josh's frogs is my favorite supplier for crickets. Their prices are fair and their products come quickly and in good shape. (alive). My critters (tree frogs, leopard gecko and Beardie.) all seem to love the crickets. Josh's Frogs has terrific customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Review: Great Company - Ordered pinheads, Smaller then I anticipated but that's on me. Pinheads are for newborn, 4 mo old need small to med. (Incase you were wondering) They came in early, packaged great. Had a misshap on shipping but company took care of it and went above and beyond, without even asking. I would order again from them, wonderful company.

This is my second order and the first was great but the second was horrible. Almost all of them are dead and smells horrible. I literally cannot believe this since I saw so many alive the first purchase.
