These lids for Pyrex rectangular containers initially were a bit squished along one of the edges toward the corner. This was a pack of two and both lids were squished in the same location. It looked like the corner of a heavy package had rested on the edge of the shipping envelope. So I opened the envelope, saw the situation, and was busy, so I just set the lids out on a table and forgot about them. A day or so later I was cleaning and found the lids — and this is the cool part — one lid was totally back to normal, with no visible deformation of its edge, and the other was nearly back to normal. I left both lids and came back a few hours later, and found both lids in fine shape. I washed them and set them in the dish rack to dry. A few hours later, when putting the dishes away, I saw that both lids were perfect. I put one of the lids on a rectangular container for which it had been ordered, and it fit beautifully. Very secure and the perfect size. Suggestion: it might be best to ship these 2-lid sets in a box, but to save money and environmental guilt :-), it would likely be fine to ship them in a bubble envelope as they were shipped, but to turn them so that the insides of the lids are together, rather than nested. This way, the relatively fragile outer edges of the lids will be less vulnerable to pressure from surrounding packages. Anyway, Amazon, thank you for these 2 perfect lids and I’m 100% satisfied, and happy that the Pyrex lids are so well made that they are resilient.

These are a lot better than I imagined, they actually go onto the glass container tightly and don't seem brittle like the originals that came with the container. The cost is kind of high in my opinion, for what it is, but it works

I looked for these for a long time and so happy I found this. I made a mistake of washing my original pyrex lids in the dishwasher and they cracked. These fit perfectly (the listing says they may not, but they do).

Measure your container, and look at the bottom of the glass to see how many cups it holds, that's going to give you the best chance of getting the correct lid. This lid fits well, and will definitely work, but I noticed a lighter, thinner, slightly more rigid feel to it compared with the red lids.

These come in really handy. Two of my meals during the week are eaten at work, so I do a lot of food prepping. The plastic lids last years, but eventually split from constant use. Being able to get replacement lids saves a lot of money since we don’t have to replace the entire container.

Honestly I don't know why some of these listings say that a product for Pyrex won't fit Anchor or vice versa. It's just silly. I LOVE my kitchen glass containers and at any given point probably have 6 different sizes with something in them in the fridge or on a shelf. A bunch are Pyrex and the rest are Anchor. I have a couple round sizes and several rectangular sizes. Don't bake the lids of course... They do not ever seal perfectly water tight on any size or shape, but pretty close so they're fine if you're not sloppy. Overall round containers do seal tighter than the rectangular ones for light liquids. My only complaint? I think for pieces of plastic they're godawful expensive even here. But they're even more locally (if you can find them). But they are good quality and last a solid year or more of daily use before starting to crack at a corner. Fridge/freezer/shelf to oven to table to serve convenience with this style of dish then pop the lid back on and put it away. I'll buy more when these wear out, but what's with the conspiracy to keep the price so high on such a ubiquitous product?
