My new RV was pre-wired for a different backup camera system. I contacted DOUXURY about the need of a different pigtail to connect the IP69 to that pre-wired system, they had it and after I received it I installed the camera with no problems. The installation process was easy. The system works beautifully, the view is very clear and is exactly what I needed since I am a solo RV-er. I can now back up and don't have to worry about what I couldn't see before having a back-up camera. The DVR Recording Function is the main reason I purchase this particular unit as well that it can handle 4 cameras total at the same time.
