I got the XXXL. I'm 5'5 and 240 with a whole lotta hip. These panties are high wasted enough that they don't roll under your fat, but low enough that you don't have to worry about them poking out of your pants. (Unless you wear low rise but I wouldn't know about that....It's not the mid 2000s anymore) anyway, these are soft, the elastic is stretchy and not too firm or tight. The leg isn't elastic which is nice because I hate having upside down muffin tops on my legs. The flappy leg opening covers like boy shorts but feels like briefs. They're cute, breathable. Only downside is the seam on the sides but I wear all my undies inside out anyway.
