I'm a spice freak and since the ingredients are so simple and not too heavy on the vinegar it leaves a refreshing and bright and fresh flavor. I love Hoy Fong foods and their dedication to quality and fair prices shines bright in this product and I like it more than Sriracha, personally. So far I find that it goes in ANYTHING that goes well with any kind of pepper sauce.
