- Math Fun for Minecrafters: Grades 1–2

My son, first grade, struggles with math. He’s already almost done this book. He was so excited to buy start it. When it’s time to choose a workbook to focus on during the weekend he ALWAYS chooses his Minecraft math book. Great quality pictures and perfect math problems for his grade level.

I ordered this for my first grader who is bored in math at school. He struggles with writing, but reads very fluently, and did the first six pages so far independently. The illustrations and visual aids are engaging and motivating, while the instructions also tell you information about the Minecraft game as well as the math instructions. There are a few places (for example, an activity with tally marks up to 70 in a 1x2.5" space ) where even a kid with neat handwriting would struggle to fit everything in, but in general this is a great book, just have an extra sheet of paper handy. I do think it would be too easy for a second grader, but maybe a good "entering second" summer review.

We homeschool and this was great review for my son. Very colorful and has a few problems for general subjects then continues to progress. I would say this is a fun supplement to keep kids engaged and entertained while learning.

My son loves this book. Though it's not a Minecraft licensed book, it is pretty close. The drawings and pictures are engaging and kept my son interested in actually doing the work.

Just the right level of difficulty for a child heading into the second grade

My 2nd grade homeschooler finished his math curriculum early, so I decided to get him this workbook as a review during his last few weeks of school. It has been so fun for him! Perfect for review (not as a stand alone curriculum), it’s easy enough to breeze through several pages at once, but has a few things that have been challenging (which is great). It’s so fun I had to buy the 3-4th grade book for his brother. We love it, and highly recommend.

My son loves this book, it is written very well, age appropriate. My newer reading 6yo Mining enthusiast completed it in a two weeks. We will definitely order the next book!

Bought this for my Minecraft obsessed 6 year old for summer! He throughly engaged with the math problems and wanted to continue to do pages because it was “fun!”.

I love this book! Actually LOVE the entire series! They are so much fun for my child to actually want to learn helps him stay engaged, not going to lie it’s even fun for me to help alongside him, it’s not just boring textbook work that makes the children and parents want to fall asleep lol Definitely recommend the book series for any Minecraft lover

Looks just like the picture, highly recommend for minecraft lovers , my 6 year old loves math and minecraft and he is laying on the couch as I type this going through the book and likes it and is deffs his age range. We bought the spelling one as well. Recommend .

Tally marks space not big enough. The numbers are too big.
