Helpful to me
They are vegan and gluten-free. I have Celiac Disease and I'm allergic to anything beef or dairy, plus other food and chemical sensitivities. These vitamins give me B1, a very important essential vitamin, without causing me any immune reactions so far. Neuropathy is often one of the signs of B1 deficiency and older adults are prone to vitamin B1 deficiency. Being older, myself, I did begin to notice the symptoms of neuropathy in my feet. After including this B1 tablet into my daily supplements for awhile, my neuropathy symptoms are becoming less bothersome and I do seem to have more energy after walks and other physical exertion. The taste is okay and since they are chewable tablets, I can eat as much or little as I choose. Everyone's health is unique to themselves, so what is helpful to me, others will need to discover for themselves what benefits them. This little vitamin could be beneficial. It's fairly inexpensive and if it contributes to your individual health in a positive way, then buy more and let others know your experience.

great absorption, minimal taste and scent.
Great dosage of B1 vitamin. Easy melt, decent sweet taste. I chew mine as I take them with my other gummy vitamins. They arrive in good condition, well packed with cotton ball. Good price for the DRV in these pink tabs. I’ve been using this brand for over 2 years, blood work shows good absorbtion. On a personal note, I’ve noticed less mosquito bites because of the vitamin making my smell less inviting to them.

These are really good!!!!!!
Still a little early since I’ve only taken 6 of these, but, these taste soooo good and seem to be restoring my b1 levels. Also, I feel good while taking them 👍

Surprisingly works
I must take sublingual vitamin B due to missing part of my bowel. Didn’t realize there is a B1. After taking these for 4 days I noticed I was mentally much clearer and had better energy. Taste is weird but bearable. Definitely taking this on a regular basis now.

Great eat to boost thiamine intake
I like that I can reduce the dosage on these by splitting the pill or taking one pill. It’s hard to find a lower dose of thiamine .

I can't completely comment of the benefits of this yet, but is dissolves under the tongue.
Easy to take, and since today a lot of people have this deficiency. This is do to the over processing of food and some environmental factors that have caused it to decline in fish and other sources. It has to be taken daily if there is a deficiency, as it's a water soluble vitamin, like the other B's and C. For whatever reason although I take multivitamin and B supplements, I don't see B1 in the formulation very often. Even the ones that have it have it in small amounts, too small to help a deficiency much. Since lack of it may be a factor in causing peripheral neuropathy, it may have helped cause that chronic condition in me. I don't consume a lot of food that contains B1 and only recently read about the vitamin. Neuropathy, will take several months to see any improvement with B1 therapy. I found one thing that may be an immediate effect and seems to work. I've only taken it now for 3 days, and since I consistently sleep only 5 hours at a stretch it was an unusual event that I slept for 8.5 hours. I use a BiPAP breathing machine to correct for severe sleep Apnea, and so I know by the display when I wake up how long I've slept. I've tried melatonin in the past, but didn't take any recently, yet I slept very well. I was not unusually tired or anything that might facilitate longer sleep, so B1 may have helped. If this helps my neuropathy, I'll be a lifetime user of this supplement. Besides what I mentioned this helps a number of othr processes in the body, and may help reverse type two diabetes. Recommended.
