The tungsten carbide blade is pretty long compared to other similar types of blades so it should cover the edges of a lawnmower blade. **Q: Does the oil sponge come pre-filled, or does the customer have to fill it themselves?** A: Thanks for the question. The sponge is already soaked with lubricating oil and ready to use **Q: Can this tool sharpen shovels and axes?** A: I couldn’t get it to sharpen my knives - actually made them more dull. Don’t recommend at all **Q: It shows a pruning saw. How does it work on a serated blade like that?** A: It wouldn't work on that type of blade. A pruner or Lauper blade definitely. It worked well .
