Good pair of sandals zero
Very comfortable Iโve bought these before they always last me a year which Iโm happy with because Iโm always outside working in the yard, fishing, camping or even running errands in them. Every type of sandal like this will start to smell and pull cords loosen and stretch so paracord will fix string and a diluted bleach spray works also. I just feel for about $100 itโs worth buying knowing that they will last about a year. Iโve wanted to extend wearing them another year but tbh they hold sweat and my wife throws them away because smells up our closet even after thoroughly bleaching and using fabric sprays on them but itโs not brand specific as Iโve had every pair of outdoor hiking sandals just reek of salty foot. I live on Lake Huron and wear sandals daily when itโs warm enough and my favorite are Keen, owned probably every type and brand Keen seems to be more comfortable durable and the best brand out there for sandals. For people upset about smell you can probably prolong them by using foot deodorants but tbh I could care less Iโm married have a kid last thing Iโm worried about is a nice smelling pair of sandals. I work in our garden in these, mow lawn chase after a toddler and these fit my lifestyle perfectly. They are well made my feet are average width for 11 1/2 shoes I buy 12 in sandals and these fit perfectly not snug or loose. Just order a half size up and youโll be fine.

Perfect comfort hiking sandal
I ordered these in preparation for a summer trip. I have had keen boots and several Newport sandals, as well as competing mid- and high-end brands, so I have a pretty good baseline for judgment. My overall review is they are great (superior, even) for the price. I spent about a month hiking through 4 national parks in WA (Olympic and N. Cascades), MT (Glacier), ND (Badlands) and MI (throughout the Upper Peninsula). Not hard core hiking up to mountain peaks, but substantial walking/hiking through trails and some rough terrain. I didn't use them in water (like you can do with the Newports), but almost as hiking shoes, often with socks. Pros: I have pretty wide feet, and my bridge is very high, so I often have trouble finding comfortable shoes. These things are super comfortable. The sole is very soft, so it bends easily. Yet, it's also rugged, so you have a pretty decent grip. The sandals are wide enough for most people, yet not extremely wide. The adjustable laces and elastic upper allow you to tailor it to your foot's width and height. Although the inner soles are a bit thin, they offer enough support for moderate hiking. Cons: I suppose the cons derive from some of the pros. When compared to the Newports and other more rugged sandals, these feel too soft. I don't know the long term durability of the sole, but I imagine that comfort has to come at a price. Other than that, I have no complaints. Overall, I think the Arroyo II are a fantastic sandal, especially if you get them for under seventy dollars, like I did. They are comfy, yet offer support and enough grip for light to moderate hiking. You can wear them barefoot or with socks. Consider them a very light hiking shoe. They seem durable enough. I think I will order a new pair when these wear out.

Keen is the best and these are great.
The best all around footwear for general purposes. I do not hike in them though. They have a removable foot bed that allow use of orthopedic inserts below it which makes all the difference if you need them I have bought three pairs. All are durable and all fit perfectly. Highly recomended. Keen is the best.

These will do.
These are pretty decent shoes at a reasonable price. I am kind of hard to fit. Probably I need something like a 16.5 narrow, which I have never found. 16s tend to be just a hair too short, but also almost always too wide, and there arenโt that many choices. These Keens, when cinched up as tight as they go, work for me. And thatโs good, since I like to wear sandals at least part of almost every day. These have a pretty stiff sole, which I personally like. Theyโre pretty stable and have pretty good traction which I also like. They donโt have a lot of padding between my foot and the stiff sole, and that could be better. Iโm probably going to experiment with some insoles or something (which might also help with the need to pull the as tight as I can.) But even though the hard soles hurt my feet a bit, they do not aggravate my plantar fasciitis, my Achilles tendinitis, or my Mortonโs neuroma, so that is a resounding success. They say theyโre waterproof. Iโm not sure I believe that, and probably wonโt intentionally test it. The way they are shaped I donโt think the water would naturally drain out, and the leather seems unlikely to do well with sustained immersion. Actually, in large part because I am satisfied with the fit of these, I am considering getting some Keen Newport 2 water sandals for use in the water. (It looks like those are softer too, which might help my comfort, though perhaps it would make them less durable as hikers than the Arroyos.) Iโve had these a month or two and, as I said, worn them part of every day, and sometimes all day. Iโve walked a few miles in them on pavement a few times, as well as on wet wood, and they are doing great. They are wearing fine so far, with just some slight wear showing on the bottoms. Probably also relevant - since getting these I have started to follow the Keens Facebook page, so I guess that makes me an official convert. Update: I did try adding insoles - the work great and make for a more comfortable feel. I also bought some Newport 2s. These should be decent water shoes, but I find the stiff heel on the Arroyos and their general good stability far better for walking, especially in rougher terrain. And the stiffer soles will likely hold up better on rocks and even pavement. I almost upgraded these to 5 stars. Maybe I should, but I did have to add insoles to get to that level of satisfaction.

Well made, great design, comfortable
Only sandal for real orthopaedics user as the insole can be replaced with your support needs. Iโve tried 3 different sandals and Keen is the only one that allows the insole change without loosing functionality. Great product!

Fantastic sandal. My husband has another pair and he loves them so much I ordered another pair in a different colour. He has very sensitive feet due to arthritis and these give him plenty of room and are so comfortable. Good quality as well. Thank you Amazon for your prompt service. Cheers Kim
