This might be good for beverages (if you don't mind them warm on occasion), but food will spoil. I'm talking in the refrigerator--temperature bounces around without you changing the setting. I've come home to frozen everything (in the fridge) and to puddles. I've had it a year, and it's been like that from the get go. And now it's going to the dump. GE should be ashamed for putting their name on this thing. And, also, the freezer is worthless.
