I have extreme arthritis in my hands. My thumbs are very deformed and the bone at the top of my wrist beneath the little finger is very swollen and painful. With problems in both hands, I have a very hard time using my hands. I needed extra support. I have extremely small hands!! To find support that did not come up on my fingers and that also gave support to my thumbs and wrists was not easy. I wanted a material that was flexible and breathable. I found the right support and flexibility and material to meet all the criteria I was looking for. These do not cause any sweating. They are supportive without causing loss of mobility. I am very pleased with my purchased. The only thing I might consider changing, would be to pad the area between the thumb and forefinger. I added a piece of sheepskin I had on hand--worked great. My skin is very thin from years of being on Prednisone and my thumb as mentioned before is very deformed. I would definitely recommend these wrist supports to anyone. By the way, I am a disabled RN and part of my career, I worked with disabled people! They have very special skills and work diligently and are truly meticulous in their work! Loose in one area but they are great! Supportive and not too tight !

It does run a bit small but I did not get a larger size. It works very well. It is too tight at the inside of the thumb. I used a piece of gauze to protect that area.

The wrist portion is true to it's small size, but the way they are made seems to be able to fit both the right and left hand. This makes the palm portion larger than a small size, and almost starts fitting into the medium sizes. My hand's width is across the knuckle is 2 3/4 in. My wrist is a circumference is 6 in. Because of the two-way fit (both left and right), it doesn't fit either hand very well at all, and that seems to take away some of the stability from the wrist for me, as the extra palm fabric has nowhere to go but up or down. Sometimes riding up my pinky, and making movement in my fingers difficult, and I then have to adjust, sometimes riding down, and leaving no stability in my wrist, and sometimes it spins 'round my wrist, and I have to spin it back until I get it comfortable again. Not a product I'll be buying again myself, but if you've got no problem with having small hands, then have at 'em. Good quality. Comfortable stitching. 3 stars because I'm tired of companies' arbitrary "this is small I guess", and we small-handed have to suffer for it. Don't listen to the sizing chart. Just because your wrist size "fits", doesn't mean that it will fit your hands.

Just received these & immediately put one on my L wrist as it is my dominant hand. I have RA and my L wrist tends to be sorer/stiffer than the R due to more use. These wrist sleeves are extremely comfortable and offer very good support. They provide the correct amount of pressure; not too much and not too little. Very easy to put on and take off. They are lightweight and have none of the metal/plastic pieces which my other wrist support has. They appear to be well made and fit without cutting off circulation (be sure to measure your hand prior to ordering, the measuring instructions are given in the product description). I like the fact the sleeves can be worn on either hand (there is no R or L sleeve). Hopefully these will have a nice long life.

I have ordered this brand, in a size small, several times over the years. Upon receiving this order, I noticed a substantial size increase for the size small. The wrist is now horribly large, and offers no compression. The thumb hole was also enlarged, and now no longer supports that area. The width of the palm remains the same. Why make the small brace fit like a medium? I have bought this brand for years because of the proper fit, and now, will no longer purchase this item.

This wrist sleeve has helped support my sore wrist well. It’s actually starting to improve and feel better

I work on computer for 8 to 10 hours a day and after wearing these compression gloves I am able to go thru my day with no pain. These compression gloves are truly a life saver at least for myself.
