Why does this say desk sign? Is this for the powder?

I received my order today (8/20/2022), and I received the powder as well.

Does this translucent powder make your under eye look while in flash photos??

It depends, It blends with my skin because I’m pale, and it makes it looks soft. But for people with darker skin tones I’m not sure!

Does this work to set lip stick?

This setting powder is intended to be used as a finishing powder for the face, it has not been tested on lips.

Can this work over sunscreen to make my face less oily?

Yes, it can. Adding a matting primer over the sunscreen will also reduce the oil.
