In the days when I ran marathons I used to take quercetin for its perceived role in recovery from endurance exercise. I've returned to it now for its reported benefits in boosting the immune system and possible assistance with respiratory infections, although it seems the jury is still out on this question. Quercetin is present in lots of foods - apples, onions, grapes, tomatoes, green tea etc but apparently its absorption rate is quite low, so I thought I would give the supplement a try. It's difficult to assess effectiveness over the short term, but there have been no adverse reactions. the product is reasonably priced and easy to take.

I give this to my dog daily and take them myself when needed.

Arrived well sealed and the price is fair for the amount of tablets. I take the recommended dose abd it has helped give me more energy and lessened my sensitivity.

Arrived very quickly, description as advertised. Very easy to take capsules, no taste, great product so far. I have been poorly for a couple of months & started taking this. I have noticed a huge change in my breathing whether this is down to these capsules along with other things I don’t know but I’m going to keep taking them.
