**Q: Can I use these double twist wire for crafting ?**
A: I don't see why not! I guess it depends on the type of craft you are doing. There are two separate wires, within one piece of clear plastic. I love them, very heavy duty.

**Q: Is the 4mm the width of the wire or the entire piece including both wires and the clear plastic between them?**
A: The 4mm is the width of the entire tie.

**Q: Does the double wire plastic twist tie material come in a roll?  I need 4-5" lengths**
A: It can be ordered on the roll.  The store has to be contacted to ordered.

**Q: If using for masks, can they go through the wash?**
A: Yes I have washed my mask several times after use.  I pop it into a garment bag with hot water, damp dry for a couple minutes and hang dry it.

They are pretty narrow (about 1/4 inch wide), these are not the wide kind.

We're using these to make nose bridges in facemasks for personal PPE. We folded the ends in about 1in to make them fit the mask pattern. Fit is good and they seem sturdy enough to handle multiple reforming as the masks are laundered without them in place.
