I ordered two, for two levels of the home. When first opening the box, I was surprised to see this vacuum is smaller in size then what I’m use to, but after using it, the power is just as good and in some ways better than my larger more expensive shark vacuum. Pros- lighter to push due to size. Simple to operate. Powerful suction. Works exceptionally well on hard surface. Does great with pet hair. Cons- my family is average to tall so it could be slightly taller. The suction is so powerful, it grabs my area rugs tightly and pushing is slightly difficult, even after adjusting rug height. Overall- it works great and we have a family of 4, two large shedding dogs and shedding cats.

received the vacuum today opened and set up. the Vacuum turned it on; the vacuum just spread the dirt and hairs around after a few minutes there was a strong smell of burning and the vacuum became very ho turned and unplugged immediately as I thought it would set on fire. I had very good reviews of the shark vacuum prior to buying so was very disappointed. maybe just a bad vacuum? See video

It’s lightweight enough to carry around while you’re getting into the corners. Anti-Allergen Complete Seal: With three cats in a confined space, air quality matters. The HEPA filter does a great job of trapping dander and dust. I notice a significant difference in how "clean" the apartment feels after a quick pass. Large Dust Cup: Even though it’s a relatively compact upright, the dust cup holds a surprising amount. It’s easy to pop off and empty without making a mess, which is a huge plus when you're dealing with a lot of fur. Swivel Steering: It’s very maneuverable. It weaves around furniture and cat toys with ease, making the chore of vacuuming feel much less like a workout.
