Worked great if you get them hooked up right no way you could fall off a tower.

Works great but it is a bit heavy. I kinda wish I would have gone with aluminum. When climbing a ladder ever pound matters.

Buy and use with safety harness.

Generally speaking, I think this fall lanyard is good for general purpose use. If you climb everyday, you should probably spend a little more money. I like the elasticity of the dual lanyards. They seem to have high quality stitching and include a clear impact indicator to show if the lanyard is damaged by a fall. The main snap hook is of good quality with markings to validate it's effectiveness. I did not notice any defects or blemishes to indicate a potential issue with it's construction. The pelican hooks also seem to be of comparable quality. They feel good in the hand and do not feel like they are of an inferior alloy. Also no indications of low quality workmanship. If you're a recreational or part-time professional who needs fall protection hardware, I would suggest this lanyard only if your anchor points are above-waist height. For anything lower than that, you should consider other options that are certified.

That this is a quality, well made item that sells at a very reasonable price.
