Trying to find a quality high altitude seed. Does this seed grow in Colorado at 9200' elevation?

It works at 7400 feet in Colorado.

I live in Florida. My house doesn't get quiete the rain fall that it needs but when it does it pours. Will these seed be ok for my house?

I live in Colorado mountain area and the seeds, though planted, didn't even grow. I would look for seeds native to Florida. Stay with native seeds if you want better success. I still have a large amount of these and no appropriate land for planting. No place on my area has worked with these.
