I am very happy with my purchase. This backhoe is made out of metal and quality door. Hinges opening and closing bucket for the backhoe arm works great. The bulldozer blade couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and I was able to get the size scale that I want it for, my little grandson to play with I didn’t want anything too small

My 4 year old grandson asked Santa for a backhoe. But since they were going to be at my house we had to spring into action. He loved it and spent most of the day playing with it. He wanted to make sure mommy packed it to take home for him. Everything this company makes are quality pieces.

This is the third Bruder truck I've purchased for my grandson. It all started with his frustration over the inability of his other trucks doors not opening. You have to check the model on Bruder trucks because only certain "series " have doors that open. He lives opening the doors, looking inside, putting a driver in there, etc. Why have a door you can't open? A well built addition to his fleet!

Purchased as a gift for my six year old grandson who couldn't get it out of the box quick enough and has not left it alone since! Appears to be very well made and just what my grandson wanted!

PRO- - the steering wheel controls the tires - there is a joy stick that moves which is fun to play with - size is relative to the tonka dump truck which was what my son wanted - space in the cab can fit a small 3 in toy - the doors open and close - movability/detachability/interactivity of the scoops/doctors/sunroof are very intriguing for young minds - tires are thick and durable - looks amazing, great for display and for older kids say 8-10yr olds CONS- -plastic -joystick plastic is thin and hinges break - the plastic silver/black rods keeping scoops secure detach easily and can be difficult to reassemble (they broke and snapped in half on the 2nd week) - not recommended for my playful child. Even with it broken now, it is still my son's favorite toy, so I'm okay with the purchase. The interactive features outweigh the durability for him.

Hope it holds up... Young boys are rough on toys...

Gave it to my 2.5 year old, he loves it but the arm-boom-bucket part could have been made a bit stronger. Had to buy a new part on the bruder service website.

My son (and I) love this one. The quality is good, but some plastic seem to have broken with the steering, inside the tractor. So it's no longer drivable with the wheel. Besides that it's very nice!

Detailed, fully articulated heavy equipment replica that is actually fun to play with. It took me a while to realize that the "spare" steering wheel and column stowed in the undercarriage can be used to turn the functional steering wheel in the cab. There is now sand stuck in all of the sliding bits, but, all things considered, this is a really good toy.
